What are they? 

Rossiter System Workouts are focused two person stretches.  I apply controlled weight to specific areas and talk you through precise movements to help provide fast, effective change.  Together we are putting back the natural space that your body requires to move freely and comfortably.  We work on a low, padded platform or a mat on the floor, so wear comfortable clothes.  Sessions are short because of the intensity of the work and progress for most people is fast and profound.

What does this help?

Just some of the problems this is wonderfully effective for are:

  • Chronic neck pain and shoulder pain (including that horrendous spot between your spine and your shoulder blade)
  • Symptoms of a pinched nerve including golf and tennis elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome, and other areas where tingling and numbness destroy your peace of mind
  • Low back pain, sciatica
  • Tight hamstrings and IT Band
  • Painful, achy, crunchy knees caused by arthritis and just LIFE!
  • Foot pain from heel spurs and plantar fasciitis
  • Oh - and hips!  Tight hips with that deep pain that nothing else reaches!  Rossiter stretches get that, too!

Time and Money: 

A Rossiter Workout is $80 and takes  20 to 40 minutes.  It can consist of as many as  unique stretches. Plan on 40 minutes for your first workout to allow time for a brief medical history and some learning time, and 20 minutes for subsequent sessions.
